Enjoyable car buying experience. Jim our salesman was very helpful and let us drive several vehicles to zero in on the right one for us. Finance people were great too. The dealership owner checked in twice while we were there to see how the selection process was going. -
GailHave always had great service from everyone there.
Stopped by to look at 2018 Escapes and were disappointed that the changed body shape took away packing space. Sales rep suggested we look at a 2015 Edge which is the next largest SUV and the 2018 has the same size cargo space. We took it for a test drive, checked it out with some of our camping equipment -

I was looking on line at ford F150 pickups and spotted one that I liked. Chatted with a lady on the computer she was very helpful with the questions I asked her. So I took a drive to Browns got there at closing time but Jeff told us to take the truck for drive. I did a lot of texting with Jeff and Grant
